Active Neuro, our specialist division of Active Care Group, is transforming neurorehabilitation in the UK. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at The Laurels in Lincoln, working part-time, two days per week.

Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist with experience in neurological rehabilitation to take ownership of the Speech and Language Therapy service, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex communication and swallowing needs.

The part-time nature of this role offers excellent flexibility, providing an opportunity to balance professional and personal commitments, complement an existing role or maintain a varied portfolio career, while continuing to make a meaningful contribution to a specialist rehabilitation service.

Working autonomously, you will manage a specialist caseload, undertaking assessments, developing individualised treatment plans and delivering evidence-based interventions. You will also play a key role within the multidisciplinary team (MDT), providing specialist advice, contributing to service development and supporting colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for those in our care.

If you are a passionate Senior Speech and Language Therapist with a background in neurological rehabilitation and are looking to develop your career within a specialist setting, we would love to hear from you.
