Main duties of the job

Join the Agincare Gosport team as a Senior Support Worker to help people live safe, happy, and meaningful lives. This role combines hands-on support with leadership responsibilities, allowing you to shape the quality of care provided. You'll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism with person-centred care, be it through personal care, daily routines, or leisure activities. Candidates should have experience in a senior support role, a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification, strong organization and IT skills, and a right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
