About the role

We’re looking for an organised and reliable Service Coordinator to join our team and help keep our engineers, customers and planned maintenance running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for the planning and scheduling of contracted maintenance and inspections across data centres throughout the UK, working closely with engineers, customers and the wider Operations team.

You’ll also help keep compliance records up to date, process engineer reports and inspection results, and make sure completed work is accurately recorded.

You don’t need previous experience in our industry — we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, organisation skills and willingness to learn. There’s plenty of opportunity to build your knowledge and progress within the role.

What you'll be doing

  • Planning and scheduling engineers for maintenance and inspections across the UK

  • Liaising with engineers, customers and the wider Operations team

  • Updating systems with engineer reports, inspection results and compliance information

  • Supporting with RAMS, permits and other documentation

  • Ensuring completed works are recorded accurately and supporting the invoicing process

  • Providing general administration and coordination support to the Operations team

What we're looking for

You don’t need to know the industry already. We’re looking for someone who is organised, dependable and keen to learn and develop.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous administration, coordination, scheduling or customer service experience

  • Good organisation and time-management skills

  • Strong communication and attention to detail

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Good IT and systems skills

  • A willingness to learn and progress within the role

Why join us?

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team where you can build your industry knowledge, develop new skills and progress your career.

If you’re organised, dependable and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
