Service Development Partner (Hybrid Working)

Permanent – Full-time – 37 hours per week
Hybrid Working – Derby
Salary – £55,105 per annum

We are looking for a Service Development Partner to join our Strategy, Change & Performance team and help shape how our services, operating models and ways of working develop for the future.

This is a role for someone who is strategic, commercially minded and comfortable getting into the detail.

You will work across MHA to explore complex challenges and opportunities, bringing together market research, data, insight, commercial thinking and practical service design to develop clear options and recommendations.

You will be involved in:

• Exploring strategic and service development opportunities.
• Carrying out market, competitor and external research to inform thinking.
• Developing and assessing options and operating models.
• Considering commercial, financial and operational implications.
• Using data and evidence to test assumptions.
• Contributing to business cases and recommendations.
• Working with senior leaders and teams across the organisation to shape practical solutions.

We are particularly interested in people who can see the bigger picture, bring structure to ambiguity and translate ideas into practical, workable proposals.

Your background could be in strategy, business development, commercial development, proposition development, transformation, consulting or service development.

Experience in health or social care would be useful, but is not essential.
