What you'll be doing:

• Owning the build programme — planning, progress, and problem-solving
• Setting the standard for quality, safety and compliance on site
• Leading and coordinating subcontractors and labour
• Being the first point of contact for customers, inspectors and your team
• Delivering pre-completion inspections that leave nothing to chance

What you'll bring:

• Proven Site Manager experience on new build residential sites, start to finish
• SMSTS and First Aid certified
• A full driving licence
• Sharp people skills, sharper attention to detail
• The drive to lead a site — and a team — to its best result
