About the Role
This is a Veterinary Surgeon role in a 100% small animal practice in Gloucestershire, with a rota built around balance as well as clinical work. The post includes no OOH, no Bank Holidays, a four day week, and part-time hours are considered.
Shifts are offered flexibly, with working patterns listed as 9am to 7pm, 8.30am to 4.30pm, or 9am to 6.30pm, plus one late finish per week. You will also work 1 in 5 weekends, covering Saturday and Sunday mornings only.

Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a dedicated small animal veterinary team in Gloucestershire.
- Carry out case work ups with time allowed for discussion with colleagues.
- Provide care across a range of small animal cases in a practice focused on clinical excellence.
- Support patient care alongside experienced nursing colleagues.
Requirements
- Veterinary Surgeon level experience or qualification.
- An enthusiastic colleague committed to developing both personally and professionally.
- Suitable for an experienced colleague looking to progress in a specific field, or a less experienced colleague looking to grow as a general practitioner.
- Willingness to work the stated rota, including 1 in 5 weekends.
