The Packhorse is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. At Chestnut, we pride ourselves on using fresh, locally sourced food and expressing culinary creativity. Working closely with the Head Chef, we are seeking an individual who has a great eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experience for our guests.

• Confident in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
