Job summary

Spire Clare Park Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Specialist Radiographer to join our Imaging team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work across MRI, General Radiography and Theatre services within a leading independent healthcare provider, delivering outstanding patient care and high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Main duties of the job

Provide high-quality MRI, General and Theatre imaging services. Adapt imaging techniques to a range of referral pathways and clinical protocols. Recognise significant pathology and escalate findings appropriately. Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain excellent communication standards. Ensure Spire radiology procedures and quality standards are maintained. Participate in mandatory training and ongoing professional development.

Specialist Radiographer (MRI, General & Theatres) - Fixed Term Contract Spire Clare Park Hospital | Farnham | Part Time (22.5 Hours) | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Spire Clare Park Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Specialist Radiographer to join our Imaging team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work across MRI, General Radiography and Theatre services within a leading independent healthcare provider, delivering outstanding patient care and high-quality diagnostic imaging. Spire Clare Park Hospital is a modern elective hospital located in Farnham and is rated "Good" by the CQC. The hospital provides a broad range of surgical and diagnostic services, including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Urology, Dermatology and ENT, supported by stateoftheart imaging facilities. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality MRI, General and Theatre imaging services.
  • Adapt imaging techniques to a range of referral pathways and clinical protocols.
  • Recognise significant pathology and escalate findings appropriately.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain excellent communication standards.

  • Who We're Looking For
  • HCPC-registered Radiographer holding a Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography.
  • Experience in MRI, General Radiography and/or Theatre imaging.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • Cannulation and IV drug administration training desirable but not essential.
  • Postgraduate qualification in MRI or CT desirable but not essential.
  • Previous private healthcare experience advantageous but not required.

  • 22.5 hours
  • Between Monday-Friday
  • 8am - 8pm
