The service offers many forms of support to people at home with their own tendencies or living with their family. We also offer support to access the community to develop their current interests and explore new opportunities. The support we offer is based on individual people's needs and wishes - we develop person-centred plans and review them regularly. Using a person-centred approach is at the heart of what we do so we aim to match individuals with their support worker to help each person we support to flourish. About the RoleWe are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines. What You’ll DoAssist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating) Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts) Support life skills & independence (budgeting, shopping, meal preparation) What We’re Looking ForFor you to inspire others with a positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable peopleExperience with autistic people is helpful but not essential Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome Click here for the Job DescriptionThis advert is for a full time position at 37 hours per week. Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families and will include evening and weekend working.
