Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering high-quality personal care and emotional support
• Supporting individuals with daily routines, activities, and appointments
• Assisting with meal preparation and light domestic tasks
• Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
• Accurately following care plans and documenting key information
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment

You Must Have:

• A minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a care setting in the UK (e.g., residential, supported living, home care)
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults and promoting independence
• Strong communication skills and a professional, dependable attitude
• The Right to Work in the UK
• Up-to-date or willing to complete training in:

• Fire Safety Awareness
• Mental Capacity Act 2005 & Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
• Duty of Care

Specialist and Recommended Training: (depending area of work)

• Falls Prevention
• Dementia Awareness
• Fluids and Nutrition
• Oral Care
• End of Life Care
• Autism Awareness & Understanding
• Restraint Alternative / MAPA (Managing Actual or Potential Aggression)
• Positive Behavioural Support
• Sensory Integration Support
• Two references and relevant identification documents
