Pinnacle Group is looking for a Technical Support Officer to work within the Technical Services team and ensure that compliance and critical Building Safety checks are carried out in a timely manner and logged appropriately. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out weekly and monthly testing and inspections on a range of Fire Safety systems including fire alarm systems, AOVs and sprinkler systems, firemans lifts and dry risers.Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong IT and administrative skills, capable of managing records accurately and following procedures diligently. They will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, a good understanding of Health & Safety legislation, and the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively and deliver consistent support across technical operations.This is a full-time, remote role with frequent travel required across London and the surrounding areas. Who we arePinnacle Group is a market-leading national provider of housing, neighbourhood and workplace services.
