Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week 8:30am to 4:30pm
Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office
£15.63 per hour
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a reputable non-profit organisation on a temporary basis, starting at the end of October for 2 months.
The role is busy and people-focused and requires someone who enjoys speaking to customers, communicates with care and builds lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and letter
* Handling enquiries promptly, aiming to resolve queries first time
* Supporting people sensitively on emotive matters
* Making outbound calls to develop and retain customer relationships
About you:
* Solid customer service experience, preferably in a phone based/ contact centre role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using IT systems and databases
* The empathy and sensitivity to handle emotional conversations
* Previous experience in charity or fundraising would be advantageous
* You must be a driver
