We bring together specialist knowledge, thoughtful technology and genuine care for our customers. By helping more items stay in circulation, we create value for people and make a positive impact at the same time.

About the Team

Our Appraisals team is at the heart of Vintage.com, ensuring every item that comes through our doors is assessed with accuracy, care and fairness. We’re the first team to handle our customers’ items, reviewing each box thoroughly so we can support clear and trustworthy offers.

Based near Leeds, the team supports customers across the UK and keeps products moving into the wider business. Appraisers work closely with Team Leaders, category specialists, Operations and Sales, sharing knowledge and improving decisions together.
