Trainee Asbestos Removal Operative

With depots in Avonmouth, Cardiff, Gloucester, Stonehouse and Tewkesbury we operate predominately across the South-West of England. We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.
Hourly rate: £14 + full training package provided.
Contracted hours: 42.5 hours per week

What we need from you?
You will be required to hold a full UK driving license to be successful
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Experience in carpentry/site work/ hand tools is a preferred
Responsibilities for the job role:
To carry out asbestos removal works on a variety of projects including commercial and residential buildings.
To ensure all works carried out are in accordance with instructions.
To work in accordance with HSE regulatory requirements and Smiths (Gloucester) Ltd policies and procedures.
Work effectively as part of a team.
