As you develop in the role, you will:
- Support residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Build your technical conveyancing knowledge through structured training and practical experience.
- Communicate with clients, keeping them informed throughout their property journey.
- Prepare correspondence, maintain accurate records and update our case management systems.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors to help keep transactions moving.
- Manage your workload effectively and work towards agreed service and performance standards.
- Follow regulatory requirements, lender instructions and internal procedures.
- Learn from experienced colleagues through mentoring, feedback and ongoing development.
