About the Role
This Veterinary Surgeon role is based across Medivet Ashby and Medivet Crowle, with your week split between the two practices, two days in each. It offers a 4 day week and a 1 in 3 weekend rota, giving you a structured pattern while still keeping the work varied.
You will be part of an experienced, supportive team and handle a broad medical and surgical caseload across both clinics. The role is suited to a vet who enjoys collaborative working, building client relationships and developing clinical interests while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care in consults and surgery across Medivet Ashby and Medivet Crowle
- Work with clients to create tailored treatment plans
- Manage a varied medical and surgical caseload across two practices
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to shared case development
- Support the development of Medivet communities through your clinical skills
Requirements
- You must be a qualified MRCVS
- Strong focus on clinical excellence and client care
- Team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
