Build and tune the phone systems and diallers our clients run their sales floors on, and the networks underneath them. Designing, deploying and tuning cloud telephony and outbound dialler platforms for teams from twenty to several hundred seats. Number porting, SIP trunking, call routing, recording, and making the whole lot talk to a CRM so agents get a screen pop rather than a phone number. Networks, firewalls, VPNs and site to site links for the same clients, because the phones are only as good as what they sit on. Real responsibility: a badly tuned dialler is not just annoying, it is an Ofcom problem for the business running it, and you will be the person who keeps that right.
