Duties include personal care, support with meals and daily routines, companionship, and following care plans. For Registered Nurses: You will deliver and lead high-quality nursing care, ensuring safety and wellbeing of service users, supervising care teams, and maintaining clinical standards in line with NMC and CQC requirements.
