As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, your role involves acting as the person in charge, occasionally standing in for the Manager and ensuring high standards of care for residents. Your responsibilities include undertaking nursing tasks such as distributing medication, dressings, catheterisation, and other tasks related to chronic medical conditions. You'll advise families and GPs on any concerning changes in a resident's condition, ensuring they are informed and involved in ongoing care decisions. You'll also be responsible for deploying and supervising staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed and residents receive the necessary care. Providing high standards of care through accurate assessment and planning is also key. The ideal candidate will live by our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable, possessing a First Level qualification, current NMC Registration, and at least 2 years experience backed by post-basic studies or qualifications.About us

- Responsibilityfor the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during the period of duty and residents receive required care.
- Providing high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning.

- Have Sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
